  My wife had an accident just a couple of months ago. Her car got rear ended by another car with a faulty break. I called liberty right away to report a claim, but the first agent was not helpful and immediately gave me a corporate answer, and told me i would pay this and that before they process anything. or i can talk to the other person's insurance and settle a negotiation. I didnt like her answer so i called back and i got another person, she was very helpful. I asked about car rental and if i could get a car thats similar to what my wife was driving. She said it should be ok since the accident was not our fault, eventhough the rate is a bit higher than our limit. A month passed and we got the car back from the bodyshop it was sent for repair. After we returned the car we rented, i found out that my out-of-pocket was 500 for the rental car. I then called liberty and basically just got the answer you would typically get from big companies like this. They said that any thing out of pocket is my responsibilty, although i confirmed with them twice that the car im getting is a little more expensive. The manager only called me once, and probably read a script for this situation and just said that she will try to call the other insurance company to see what she can do. Never got a phone call from her ever since.
